Learning Stays Human™ is the education practice of Domingo M Flores Inc., providing educational consulting, workshops, and training in the field of education and learning.
The work is with leaders and the organizations they run. Not the transfer of information. The design of the conditions under which adults actually learn, and the systems that keep what they learned in the building.

- Educational consulting
- Advisory on how learning is designed, delivered, and retained inside an organization. Where capability is concentrated in individuals, where it breaks when they leave, and what has to change structurally rather than programmatically. Engagements are scoped to a decision.
- Workshops
- Facilitated sessions for leaders, teams, and cohorts. Built from the conditions in the room rather than adapted from a catalog. Participants leave with an instrument they use, not material they file.
- Training
- Sequenced programs delivered across a term, with practice between sessions and evidence collected throughout. Designed so the method holds after the engagement closes.
Work begins with a scoping conversation. There is no proposal until there is a defined decision to make.
